{My running buddies}

Since there's no more snow on the ground, I really have NO excuse not to get back on my running schedule. So, today, that's just what I did. And I took a couple of extra buddies along...


It was nice to have someone to talk to other than THIS guy:

Finnley is my DIE HARD and usual running buddy! He's great because he has more stamina than an Olympic long distance runner and he pushes me harder than anyone else. Plus the "smile" on his face makes it all worth it! (He really does smile. I will have to get a picture of it & post it because you wouldn't believe it unless you saw it :) You can tell he's thinking "C'mon let's go, let's go, let's go!! Hurry up! LET'S GO!" Since he's just 2 he's still a freak and NEVER gets tired.

It was still chilly today so we were sure to wear beanies and gloves, which Mira & I took off about half way through. Nolan even had a stroller blanket to keep him cozy. Travis gave me an awesome jogger stroller as a gift last year. We LOVE it! Plus, with the hills in my neighborhood, it's an extra tough workout.

Even with the wind, it was very nice to get out and breathe in the fresh air. It's always tough to get myself motivated to go, but when we're done it feels SO good! Here's to a long and healthy running season!
